How do I order the card?

-You can apply for the card directly in the Quickbit app.

How do I order a new card/pin code?

-You can apply for the Quickbit Card directly in-app. You can also set your PIN in the app and change it.

How long is the delivery time, when will I receive my card?

-Once the card is sent you should receive it within 5 weekdays.

My card will expire soon. Do I get a new one automatically?

-You need to order a new card in the app
