The following transactions are instant:

- Buy crypto
- Sell crypto
- Send crypto to another Quickbit user
- Receive crypto from another Quickbit user
- Swap crypto

Are all transactions instant?

Yes, we have some limits and these may change from time to time. 

__Exchange crypto from or to Euro account__
The minimum amount to buy crypto from Euro account and sell crypto to Euro account is 5€ in value. 

__Send crypto outside Quickbit__
When you make a transaction to a non-Quickbit wallet the amount may not be less than the expected network fee to the blockchain. This fee may vary from blockchain to blockchain as well as the current demand of block space

Are there any limits in the app?

You can exchange crypto to Euro with a Euro account, powered by our payment service partner Intergiro Intl AB (publ) where we can ensure your money is kept safely and securely. 

You can open a Euro account on the Home page under your crypto wallets. When opening a QB Payment Service Account you also become a customer of Intergiro Intl AB (publ).


Can I exchange crypto to fiat currencies?

Do I have to pay taxes on my crypto earnings?

Transactions on the blockchain are essentially private. That means that the person behind a transaction is hidden.

However, since Quickbit is a hosted cryptocurrency wallet service, we will show you the name of the person who sent you crypto, if that individual is also a Quickbit user. The name will appear in the list of transactions and on the receipt. 

If the crypto came from a user from another wallet provider, we have no way to show you who sent it. Perhaps it was a gift!

How do I see who sent crypto to me?

1. From the Home screen, tap "Add funds". Choose the cryptocurrency you want to buy. You can tap the swap icon to change the display of currencies.

2. Enter the amount you wish to buy. 

3. Confirm if the information is correct and continue.

4. Add a payment card or choose a saved card.
Some banks don't allow purchasing of cryptocurrencies and will decline the payment.

5. Your purchase is complete instantly.

How to buy crypto

Exchanging cryptocurrencies is easy with the Quickbit app. 

1. On the Home screen, tap Exchange. Select the currency you want to convert. 

2. Select the target currency and add the amount.

3. Confirm if the information is correct and continue. 

4. Your exchange is complete instantly.

How to exchange crypto

Once you have the Quickbit app in place you can send crypto to anyone with a wallet address. 

1. On the Home screen, tap send. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send. 

2. Add amount.

3. Scan the QR code of the recipient's wallet or copy and paste the wallet address the recipient sent to you.

Make sure you send the same cryptocurrency as the receiving wallet use. For example, you can't send Bitcoin to a Litecoin wallet.

4. Confirm if the information is correct and continue.

5. Your transaction is complete. In some cases, transactions may take a bit longer when sending to a wallet address other than Quickbit's.

How to send crypto

Once you have the Euro account you can send Euro to other bank account within the Signle Euro Payments Area (SEPA). 

Here is how to send Euro: 
1. On the Home screen, tap send. Choose Euro. 

2. Add amount.

3. Type or paste the account details of the recipient, including, recipient's name, IBAN, BIC and a message. 

4. Confirm if the information is correct and continue.

5. Your transaction is complete. In some cases, transactions may take a bit longer time when sending to an account other than Intergiro's.


How to send euro

When buying crypto in the app, you can use the following debit and credit cards:

- Visa
- Mastercard
